Last week hubby and I went our annual trip to Maine! This time around, we decided to stop at the Cliffhouse in Cape Neddick, ME, and its hard to believe that after all these years of going to Maine, I had never been! I, of course, wanted to go to their spa and get a facial. After looking at their extensive menu, I decided to go with the HydraFacial (which I’ve had a few times before at other spas). Once I arrived at the spa, I was escorted to the women’s locker room to change into a robe and slippers, and then I waited for my esthetician in the women’s lounge, which is STUNNING! They had cozy, relaxing chairs, with large windows overlooking the ocean.
What I love about hydra facials is that they make you glowy, dewy, and supple, but they also suck all of the gunk out of your pores and remove the dead skin – WIN-WIN!
After our relaxing at the spa, we headed up to the Cliffhouse Dinging room for lunch! Our waiter was so incredibly kind and sweet. We had the avocado toast for an appetizer, hubby had the seafood cob salad, and I had the fromage board. Lately, I have been obsessed with cheese boards!
